The plant configuration as follows:

Model:HZS35 concrete batching plant

Discharge height:3.8m

Productivity:35m3/h

Concrete mixer:750L concrete per batch, 1.2m per batch

Aggregate batcher:3 hopper for 3 kinds aggregate, 5m3 per hopper

Weighting system: Cement, water and additive

Control system: Fully-auto with computer

Screw conveyor: 1set

Because of the virus in Bangladesh, it’s hard to assign engineer to the site, so we instruction the installation by by videos and pictures, finally the installation and commission successfully finished.
