Precautions for self-loading mixer truck

1.Before starting the mixing truck, the operating handle of the mixing drum should be placed in the "Stop" position.

2．After starting the engine of the mixer truck, the mixer drum should be rotated at low speed for about 10 minutes to raise the hydraulic oil temperature to above 20 ℃ before operation.

3．When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum should be reversed before loading to discharge accumulated water and debris to ensure the quality of concrete.
