1. The traveling system consists of the engine through the hydraulic torque converter, front and rear drive shafts to the front and rear axles. The hydraulic steering four-wheel drive greatly reduces the turning radius and is more suitable for work on construction sites, especially construction in small spaces. The use of a hydraulic torque converter reduces the impact on the engine and extends the life of the engine. The travel adopts infinitely variable speed electronic control valve for easy control.
2. The hydraulic system uses a constant power variable plunger pump on the 5th and 6th side, and a gear pump on the 1.2-4th side to reduce the power loss of the engine.
3. The rotation of the mixing tank is driven by a hydraulic motor through a special planetary reducer. The output shaft of the planetary reducer can swing at a certain angle to meet the beating of the mixing tank under harsh road conditions. The mixing tank of the mixer truck is equipped with a speed control valve, which can accurately control the mixing speed of the mixing tank.
