The working procedure of concrete batching plant

The working procedure of a concrete batching plant as follows:

Firstly, the aggregates (includes gravel and sands) are fed to the storage bin by wheel loader, after the metering, they will be added into the feeding hopper by the belt conveyor of the hot sale concrete batching plant. Meanwhile, the cement will be transported to the cement weighing hopper by the screw conveyor, the water and additives will be transported to the water and additive weighing hopper by the liquid supply system.

After all the materials are weighed, they will be added into the mixing drum for mixing , after mixing, the mixture will be discharged into the concrete transport vehicle by the discharging door of the concrete batching plant.
