Washing process of concrete mixer pump pipes

1. Before the end of pumping, pump the fine-stone concrete in the hopper as much as possible.

2. Reverse pump action for a few times to release the pipeline pressure and cut off the power supply.

3. Open the first section of the reducing pipe and the discharge door to completely remove the remaining concrete in the hopper, distribution valve box and the reducing pipe.

4. Take out some of the concrete at the mouth of the first straight pipe and stuff it into a sponge ball soaked in water. Filling the sponge ball with cement bag paper soaked in water can also have a good effect.

5. Connect the reducing pipe and close the discharge door.

6. Pour water directly into the hopper.

7. Pumping.
