Two kinds concrete mixers--twin-shaft mixer and planetary mixer
The double-horizontal mixer has two large mixing shafts that drive the mixing blades on top. The mixing blades cross each other to form a certain angle, driving the aggregate to make circular motions in turn, rolling up and down, and at the same time, the aggregates are aggregated in the overlapping parts of the two large shafts. Exchange materials to fully mix the aggregates. The twin-shaft mixer can mix dry hard, plastic, concrete and various mortars.
The planetary mixer is driven by an integrated two-way reducer, which allows the mixing arm to perform both auto transmission and revolution movements. It can also drive the upper mixing arm to perform revolution movements, so that the aggregates in the mixing barrel can be fully mixed without dead ends. The concrete has high uniformity and high mixing efficiency.
