PE/PEX Series Jaw Crusher has the features of high crushing and even product size ratio. It can be used to crush material, whose compression strength is not more than 320Mpa.There are two types of Jaw crusher: coarse jaw crusher and fine jaw crusher. Coarse Jaw crusher(PE series) is used in primary crushing, while Fine Jaw crusher( PEX series) is used in secondary crushing and fine crushing.
It can be used for primary secondary fine crushing of over 120 kinds of stones and rocks, such as granite, gold stone, ballast, copper ore, quarry stone, rock, gravel, river rock, boulder, aggregate, basalt, etc. Common output size is 0-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm, 30-40mm, etc. Adjustable final size meets different needs.
Jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame, transmission device, jaw plate, adjusting device, safety device and lubrication system, etc. Its working principle: the motor drives the belt and pulley, and the movable jaw moves up and down through the eccentric shaft.
