The process of washing the pipes

1. Pump out as much fine stone concrete as possible in the hopper before the pumping is finished.

2. Reverse the pump several times to release the pipeline pressure and cut off the power supply.

3. Open the first section of the reducer and the discharge door, and completely remove the remaining concrete in the hopper, the distribution valve box and the reducer.

4. Take out some concrete from the mouth of the first straight pipe and stuff it into a water-soaked sponge ball. Filling the sponge ball with water-soaked cement bag paper can also have a good effect.

5. Connect the reducer and close the discharge door.

6. Fill water directly into the hopper.

7. Pump.
